We want you to be delighted with your Finery London purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and have all tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure alternative, ensuring the inclusion of the completed delivery note inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old postage marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed.
